How I work

Good design and a good process are the same job.

Most of what I design starts as something hard to read. The work is understanding it well enough to give it a shape — and then building the workflow that gets it out the door accurate.

“I love when a thoughtful process and good design come together — making the work flow smoothly and the content look its best.”

Viktoria Coffey
i

Read it before you lay it out

Dense content gets understood first. Knowing what a reader must take away is what decides the hierarchy, the diagram, and what gets cut.

ii

Build a system, not a one-off

A publication, a deck, a campaign — each gets type, color, and page elements that repeat, so new pieces come together faster and still belong to the same family.

iii

Track every revision

At TSCPA I helped rebuild the proofing process: feedback organized in one place, revisions easy to follow, and nothing lost between rounds.

iv

Catch it before it ships

Content, typography, layout, and brand consistency are checked at every round and again before final delivery. I'd rather find the error than have a member find it.

About

Ukrainian-born, Tennessee-based, city girl at heart.

I'm a corporate graphic designer with nearly a decade of agency and in-house experience across brand identity, print, digital, web, and motion. I was born in Ukraine and have called the U.S. home for 27 years; today I live in the Tennessee countryside outside Nashville with my husband and three dogs.

I'm detail-oriented in both the work and the process — I like a well-built workflow as much as a well-built page. Off the clock I'm always making room for art, and I'm on a lifelong quest to cook like a Michelin-starred chef. Results vary.

Common questions

What kind of work are you looking for?

A senior-level design role on an in-house marketing or creative team, where I can own publications, presentations, brand systems, websites, and campaign work end to end. Titles vary from company to company; what matters to me is the work and the team. I'm also open to select freelance and contract projects.

Do you work remotely?

Yes — I'm looking for a fully remote role and have the setup and habits for it: organized feedback, tracked revisions, and clear handoffs. I'm based in the Nashville, Tennessee area (Central time) and work with teams anywhere in the U.S.

What do you specialize in?

Making dense, technical, or high-stakes content clear: editorial and publication design, board and leadership presentations, brand identity systems, website design, and print and digital campaigns. I also build the proofing and revision workflows that keep the work accurate.

What tools do you work in?

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Acrobat; PowerPoint and Microsoft 365; Canva and Adobe Express; WordPress; and email marketing platforms.
